The activity has been picking up at the volcano again over the past few days.

No glow indicating fresh lava from the crater, only degassing activity on 8 May (image: IMO)
The eruption has ceased. Civil Defense experts conducted a drone flight over the eruption site on the night of 8 May. No signs of activity could be seen in the main crater. The activity had been gradually declining over the past month, as observed in the attached timelapse containing a series of Sentinel-2 satellite images. The eruption lasted almost 54 days.
